My Name is Patricia

My name is Patricia. I didn't like my name when I was a kid but grew to get used to it. Now that I'm an adult I do like my name and like being called Patricia. I used to get called just about every version of Patricia that you can think of. Pat, Patty, Trish, Trisha, Theresa, and the list goes on. Like I said when I was a kid I really didn't care which version I got. My mother however did. Her name is also Patricia. She goes by Pat. She would make such a fuss if people called me Pat. She would say,"My name is Pat. She's Patricia". Maybe that's why I didn't really care what people called me. When I got older I discovered that I am a Patricia.
